ABOUT KAZMOK

What is KAZMOK?

KAZMOK is a Dutch brand that designs and produces handmade bags, lifestyle items, and interior pieces. Every product is crafted by hand in the Netherlands using sustainable materials such as recycled conveyor belt and canvas.

Where are the products made?

All KAZMOK products are handmade in the Netherlands. We deliberately produce locally to guarantee quality and sustainability.

Are the materials sustainable?

Yes. KAZMOK works with recycled conveyor belt and army-green canvas, among other materials. Sustainability and material reuse are core values of our brand.

ORDERING & PAYMENT

How do I place an order?

Ordering is easy through our webshop at kazmok.com. Add your desired product to the cart and follow the checkout steps.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept iDEAL for Dutch payments. For international payments, you can make a bank transfer to IBAN: NL56INGB0676988881 in the name of KAZMOK BV, quoting your invoice number.

Can I order a custom-made product?

Yes, KAZMOK also makes products to order. Contact us at info@kazmok.com to discuss the options. Please note that custom orders are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

How long does delivery take?

Because our products are handmade, delivery times may vary. We aim to deliver orders within 30 days. If the delivery time is longer, we will contact you in advance.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving your order. Return the product in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense. Custom orders cannot be returned.

What if my package arrives damaged?

Please contact us immediately at info@kazmok.com and include photos of the damage. We will resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

WARRANTY

What warranty does KAZMOK offer?

KAZMOK provides a 2-year warranty on all hardware, closures, and stitching on every product, calculated from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects under normal use.

What is not covered by the warranty?

Damage resulting from careless use, overloading, chemical exposure, or normal wear and tear is excluded from the warranty. The warranty only applies to normal use of the product.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Send an email to info@kazmok.com with your proof of purchase and a description (including photos) of the defect. We will assess your claim and get back to you as soon as possible.

How can I get in touch?

You can reach us by email at info@kazmok.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

I have a complaint – what now?

We'd love to hear from you! Complaints can be submitted via info@kazmok.com. We will respond within 14 days. If the complaint requires more time, you will receive an acknowledgement with an estimated response date.

Where are disputes handled?

Disputes brought before a court are handled exclusively by the Rechtbank Noord-Nederland, located in Groningen, the Netherlands. Dutch law applies to all contracts.
